New Direction Tackle T11 Spring Bite Indicator

Date of Release: 2 Mar. 2022

T11 | The new little Spring Bite Indicator

T11 spring bite indicatorThe T11 is the little brother of the T10 and improves the fall bite indication. It is a clever drop bite indicator that reliably displays a drop bite. Real carbon tubes are connected internally with springs. The spring force in turn applies tension to the cord. This works amazingly well. In contrast to the T10, the T11 still has a joint that ensures falling back in every situation and which ultimately ensures that drop bites can always be indicated, because the T11 then pulls the cord backwards over the bite alarm and this sounds the alarm. In contrast, the T10 does this through its weight because it is significantly larger.

Movement limiting mechanism

You can insert the arm into the hockey stick in two ways. Either the T11 is free to move up to the rod blank or, if the arm is inserted rotated 180°, the movement is limited to a horizontal 90° position.

Magnetic quick disconnect coupling

Speaking of plug. The plug connection is of course ND like magnetic and the assembly is done in seconds.

Fits any line diameter

The line clip has two positions. One freewheeling and one fixed. The balls of the free-running line clip can be adjusted to all line diameters using the tool supplied. But not only that, but you can also adjust your personal preference of the force that is necessary to release the line.

Optional lighting effects

We offer so-called UV lights for almost all products. These are small rings and rods that on the one hand optically beautify the setup, on the other hand the parts are UV active and glow under the light of the ND H10 headlamp. This allows you to observe whether the fish is taking line or not without attracting much attention. Self-illuminating lights that charge up in sunlight and then glow for a few hours will soon be available. Alternatively, you can also get Beta Lights.

Looks pretty good

The T11 consists of real carbon tubes that fit together and are connected by a spring.

The T11 goes great with smaller bite alarms

The N1 bite alarm shows here how well it fits the T11. Both are also equipped with green UV lights, which also refreshes the color of the setup during the day.

Goes great with the Carbon Range

Optically, the T11 matches the ND Carbon Range. These are banksticks and buzzer bars made from real carbon. Unbelievable how light a setup can be.

The line clip has two positions. One freewheeling and one fixed. This allows all scenarios to be covered. In addition, the release force of the line can be adjusted.

Clever design you can rely on

No matter what the setup looks like. The T11 will always tip down when the line tension is released – it can’t help it. So, you don’t miss a fall bite.

UNIVERSAL: Fits any size of bite alarm. MOVEMENT LIMITERS: Depending on the direction, the T11 can move completely freely, or its movement is limited.
UNIQUE SPRING SYSTEM: A spring holds the real carbon tubes under tension and transfers the tension to the line. This system improves fall bite indication.
ADJUSTABLE LINE CLIP: Adjustable line clip strength for all diameters. Cannot damage the line.
MAGNETIC QUICK RELEASE SYSTEM. Easy to separate T11 head from hockey stick. The quick release fits also ND Snag Bars.
SLOTS FOR BETA LIGHTS: The head is prepared for up to four ND UV Lights or Beta Lights.
